1. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of kombify ("Service"), operated by Kombiverse Labs. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

2. Service Description

kombify is a cloud platform for infrastructure automation, consisting of kombiStack, kombiSim, and stackKits. The Service includes user authentication, subscription management, and tool access.

3. User Account

3.1 Registration

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for your account security. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3.3 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Details are available in your Billing settings.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed via Stripe.

4.3 Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime at the end of the billing period. Paid amounts are not refunded.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the subscription price of the last 12 months.

6. Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Paderborn, where legally permitted.
